Karisma Kapoor, the eldest daughter of Bollywood’s Kapoor family, married Delhi industrialist Sanjay Kapoor in 2003. However, their marriage ended in 2016, marked by bitterness. Reports suggest that the mistreatment began soon after their wedding, with Sanjay and his family subjecting Karisma to mental torture and constant physical abuse. Karisma even levied serious accusations against her husband. The legal battle has been ongoing, but that is now in the past. Currently, Karisma is occupied with shooting for a new film and has already completed filming for the web series ‘Brown,’ directed by Abhinay Deo.
The former couple was seen together at a restaurant in Mumbai on Saturday night. Karisma was captured on camera wearing a black flower-print dress with her hair down, while Sanjay sported a white shirt and jeans. Photographers snapped them as they exited their car. However, they were not alone as their daughter, Samaira Kapoor, accompanied them. Sources suggest that for the sake of their children, the actress occasionally has such cordial meetings with her former husband. Nevertheless, there is no indication of a rekindled relationship between them.
