Dharmendra and Hema Malini are Bollywood’s favorite star couple. It was great talk that the stars who were a successful couple on screen were also together in life. Hema Malini arrived as the second wife of Dharmendra. The actor did not divorce from his first marriage. Dharmendra’s first wife is Prakash Kaur. This relationship has four children namely Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol Vijeta Deol and Ajeeta Deol.
Although he opposed Dharmendra’s marriage to Hema Malini, Prakash Kaur refused to get a divorce. And he also objected to the media portraying Dharmendra as a bad guy. Prakash Kaur then said that she would have chosen Hema Malini over Dharmendra even if he was another man.
Prakash Kaur blamed Hema Malini, although she did not deny her husband. Hema Malini can be understood as a woman. But as a wife I cannot accept this. Prakash Kaur also said that if I were in Hema’s position, she would not have done this.
Hema faced opposition from her own family for marrying Dharmendra. Hema’s decision left the actress’s father very disappointed. There were reports that she was against the marriage. Hema Malini has spoken before about her marriage to Dharmendra. Hema openly said that when she met Dharmendra, she did not think that he would be her husband. The actor mentioned his married life in his autobiography ‘Hema Malini Beyond Dream Girl’. Dharmendra’s first wife has never been seen in person. But they respect each other a lot. The world wants to know about my life in detail. But Hema Malini wrote in his autobiography that he didn’t need to know either.
Hema has also spoken about continuing in the acting industry after marriage. Her husband did not prevent her from working. We both respected each other’s work. Hema Malini openly said that none of these achievements would have been possible if she had led a conservative married life.
Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur’s grandson Karan Deol got married last day. Neither Hema Malini nor the actress’s children attended the wedding. Meanwhile, there is no distance between the two families. Hema Malini has also spoken about Dharmendra’s son actor Sunny Deol. Hema Malini said that Sunny Deol was the first person to come to see her in 2015 when she was in a car accident. Sunny Deol’s son is Karan Deol, who got married the other day.
