Pooja Bhatt is open about her personal life on the show. During a chat with co-contestant Babyka Dhurve yesterday, Pooja opened up about her broken marriage and why she decided to separate from her ex-husband Manish Makhija. The actress opened up when she asked Babyka if she was married.
Pooja Bhatt said: “I was married for about 11 years. Later we felt that this relationship was not right and why live a lie. This is not a dress rehearsal, we only have one chance.” When Babyka asked if her husband was an actor, Pooja replied, “He is not an actor, but from the media industry. He was a good man.”
Babyka then asked about her husband’s birth month, he was a Capricorn. The actor said that’s why we’re so close. Babyka tells Pooja that Capricorns are good parents. But then Pooja said that he didn’t want children at the moment.
“I wasn’t interested in it then, I didn’t want kids when I wanted kids, I love kids. But I didn’t want kids then, I can’t lie about that.”
Even if we never meet again, I can’t lie about it, accusations start when you lie. I did not want that. “Anyway, everything was fine and we parted ways with our dignity intact,” Pooja Bhatt said.
Manish Makhija was the VJ. The two met and became good friends and later fell in love. Pooja and Manish got married in 2003 after dating for two months. Later, after 11 years of marriage, the two separated in 2014.
Meanwhile, the second season of Bigg Boss Hindi Oodi started on June 17. The show airs on Jio Cinema. Jio can also be seen in Cinema as episodes of the show that airs 24 hours a day. Salman Khan himself will host the show. This is the first time that Salman Khan will host Rundi’s version. The first season was hosted by Karan Johar.
