Aishwarya and Salman Khan’s relationship was free of controversy. Once his phone calls were intercepted. Salman Khan and Aishwarya talked about the underworld in the audios broadcast on TV channels. The audio also showed Salman threatening to kill Aishwarya and his family.
The audio of the telephone conversation between Salman and Aishwarya when they were in love has come out. The audio was of Salman Khan asking Aishwarya to participate and dance in an event organized by the underworld leader Abu Salim. But Aishwarya was not ready. Aishwarya tells Salman that his phone will record raw and to shut up.
But Salman Khan, who was drunk, kept threatening Aishwarya. Aishwarya and Salman’s phone calls were hacked in August 2001. There were reports at the time that Salman’s Chori Chori Chupke was being produced by underworld leader Chhota Shakeel. Salman Khan threatening Aishwarya and using obscenities came out through the audio.
When asked by Salman Khan to dance at Abu Salim’s party, Aishwarya refused. Aishwarya warns Salman several times that the phones may be tapped and for him to keep quiet. The two could also be heard calling each other obscenities in the audio. Are you doing Salim’s program or not? I want to know if you’re doing it or not,” says Salman.
Aishwarya says, “Are you drunk?” Salman repeats: “Are you doing the Abu Saleem show or not, yes or no?” Aishwarya says that his phone might be hacked. Salman Khan threatens Aishwarya that he has a connection to the underworld. But Aishwarya was not willing to give up. With this, Salman lost control.
“You yelled at me. I know Abu Salim, I know Chhota Shakeel. I know Dawood Ibrahim and Chhota Rajan. Guru Satham knows all the underworlds. If you say that Aishwarya spoke to me like that, you will be shot. Father first. And brother. And her. First on the leg, then on the thigh, then on the hand, if I say. I have the authority to do it. You know I can do it. That’s a given,” Salman told Aishwarya.
Finally, Aishwarya finished speaking. The Maharashtra government later confirmed that Salman’s phone calls were leaked between August and October 2001. Meanwhile, Aishwarya did not bother to reply about the leaked phone conversation.
